What we have done is systematization all the process from purchase of product to its delivery to buyers home. The buyer simply lets the company know that he/she wants that a specific product from specific website. The company purchases the product, orders to its own branch in the country where the product is sold, then the company brings the product to its other branch the the buyer is located, then via currier the company sends the product to buyer’s exact address. We made all this process systematic and automatic, which caused huge reduction of human involvement. This in turn brought about considerable cut of cost, time and other resources.
