WORK SCOPE

We developed website and two mobile application (IOS & Android). After the completion of the system, we provided digital marketing services for our client. The services included: SEO, SMM, Google Search Ads, Display Advertising. As a result of our SEO services the website shows up on top of Google’s first page results in more than 15 keywords (e.g. karqo xidməti). As a result of our performance marketing services the company had around 100 daily new registrants (buyers) beginning from the end of third months of the services.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The company delivers almost any online order from one place to another where the company has a branch. What we have done is systematization all the process from purchase of product to its delivery to buyers home. The buyer simply lets the company know that he/she wants that a specific product from specific website. The company purchases the product, orders to its own branch in the country where the product is sold, then the company brings the product to its other branch the the buyer is located, then via currier the company sends the product to buyer’s exact address. We made all this process systematic and automatic, which caused huge reduction of human involvement. This in turn brought about considerable cut of cost, time and other resources.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Main admin panel

This panel allows you to manage the entire platform from start to finish, starting from monthly income. Employees are given other panel powers from here.

 

– Operator Panel

Incoming orders are accepted or rejected through this panel.

 

– Reception Panel

Service is provided to customers who come to the office through this panel (order registration, order delivery).

The IOS and Android applications created by us support all the above functions.

    This panel fully manages overseas warehouse operations. For example, product entry into or departure from the warehouse.

    This panel manages local warehouse operations. For example, product code search system, direct SMS notification system to the customer when the product is sent to the customer by courier.

  • Check Printer, Cabinet, Display Case Feature

    With the cabinet feature, packages are neatly placed in cabinets. The check printer is installed on the employee's computer.

  • Two Different Payment Integrations

    Choice for transportation balance and parcel payments (Pasha Bank, Kapital Bank, Millikart) For order balance and payments (Paytr or Paymes).

Full Integration of Smart Custom

Customers’ declared parcels for customs are automatically updated on the site. At the same time, DepeÅŸ and all other operations for customs are performed. The site is integrated into the customs system.

Other Functionalities

Extensive statistics, Extensive Log, Bonus system, Referral system (automatic bonus amount added to the balance of the customer who recommends the site to someone else and causes registration), Promo code system (automatic price calculation for customers with promo codes), Courier system, SMS system (bulk sms about innovations and campaigns), E-mail system (sending bulk emails during discounts, automatic email sending on the customer’s birthday).
